Helping and Healing
I found my calling in 2005 when I enrolled in massage therapy school. I'd like to share my enthusiasm for healing and recovery with you and show you how together we can improve your overall well being. I specialize in therapeutic Ashiatsu massage and Thai bodywork. I have found these styles of massage regularly have long lasting benefits. I am located in Storrs Family Dentistry plaza, off of route 195.

Services and Booking Information
Therapeutic Office Session
Visit my office and nurture yourself with a massage customized to your specific needs and health goals. All of my massages are true to time. Meaning I aim for ninety minutes of therapeutic time. I allow for time before and after your massage where we can discuss the session. I don't want anyone to feel rushed.
Office Visit Rates
90 Minute Ashiatsu Massage - $140
90 Minute Thai Bodywork - $120

I always post my next available appointments at the top my website. I update this regularly. To book you can fill out the contact form below or you can text, email, or call me. I accept appointments further out as well, feel free to inquire so we can find a time that works best for you.

Payments and Cancellations
Payments are due at the time of service.
Cash, Venmo, Cash App or personal checks accepted.
Cancellations are requested at least 24 hours prior your scheduled appointment. Everyone gets one last minute cancelation, after that 50% of the service fee will be charged and must be paid before you can book another appointment.

Ashiatsu Massage
THai BOdywork
Thai bodywork is done fully clothed, while lying on a comfortable mat on the floor. It uses a combination of stretching, pressure points, and compression to bring deep levels of relaxation to the whole body. It works with the systems of the body to bring a sense of balance to help the body slow down and recharge. I recommend wearing comfortable clothing, like yoga or gym clothes for a Thai session.
Ashiatsu translates to foot pressure. I primarily use my feet to help to relieve aches and pains. Ashiatsu can help to improve posture, headaches, injury recovery, chronic pain. The pressure can be light to very deep. It promotes mental and physical relaxation often felt for days after the session. Helps increase circulation, improve concentration, increase energy, and aid in creating a better nights sleep. Something we could all use!
First Time Guidelines and Frequently Asked Questions
What to expect at your first massage:
- You will fill out a short and simple medical history form. We will then discuss your goals for the session and what would best suit you.
- I will explain and demonstrate the massage table and any massage equipment we will be using.
- I will then step out of the room while you undress and get on the table. When you're ready we will begin the massage.
- During the massage I will check in regularly to make sure you are as comfortable as possible throughout your session.
Do I need to undress completely?
You should undress to your comfort level. Some people remove all of their clothing and others prefer to keep their underwear on. You will be securely draped with a sheet and blanket at all times except for the area being worked on. My main concern is your comfort and privacy.
What if I do not know what type of massage is best for me?
You do not need to know. We will discuss your options before the start of your session. I customize every session so we can develop a perfect plan for you.
How old do you have to be?
I only work with clients who are 18 and older.
