Service Description

Thai bodywork is done fully clothed, while lying on a comfortable mat on the floor. It's been compared to very passive yoga. It uses a combination of stretching, pressure points, and compression to bring deep levels of relaxation to the whole body. It works with the systems of the body to bring a sense of balance to help the body slow down and recharge.  I recommend wearing comfortable clothing, like yoga or gym clothes for a Thai session.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are required at least 24 hours prior your scheduled appointment. For cancellations under 24 hours, a penalty charge of 50% of the session fee must be paid before you can book another appointment. If you need to reschedule your appointment please contact me directly with what day and time you would like to rebook for.
